Q.  Will the pedals work with WAV audio files?

A. Yes, but they are only guaranteed to work with The SUM Program for Medical
     Transcription Training
, and Medical Transcription Fundamentals and Practice
     These CDs contain the code necessary to operate the pedal. The pedals MIGHT
     work for other purposes, but we will not guarantee them.  Returns are not 
     accepted.

 

Q. Do you offer volume discounts on your foot pedals?

A. No. Our list prices are already discounted, even for just one pedal.

 

Q. We can’t pay with a credit card.  Do you accept purchase orders or checks?

A. You can mail a check to our office (see Contact Us), but prepayment is required.
     We do not accept purchase orders.

 

Q.  We are in a hurry for our foot pedals. Can you rush the order?

A. We are usually able to rush the order for extra shipping fees.  The rush service
     is handled outside of this web site.  See the Contact Us page to contact our office,
     indicating the date you need the pedal to arrive.

 

Q. I have a defective pedal.  What should I do?

A. Defective pedals are replaced for no charge. Please contact us.

 

Q. Do you accept returns?

A. No.

 

Q.  What company name will apear on my credit card statement?

A.  Your credit card statement will show a purchase from "Health Professions Institute,"
     and not USBfootpedals.com.

 

Q. I’m a SUM Program customer but can’t get my foot pedal to work.

A   Visit the Free Downloads page of www.hpisum.com and go to the “Software
     Upgrades and Utilities” section.  This information should help you, and will also
     provide further contact numbers in case you continue to experience problems.

A. Visit www.sumprogram.com and scroll to the bottom of the page.
     There are several free informational brochures about The SUM Program.
